Olympics Oregon, the Youth Games is an event
for kids, bringing together two high-profile organizations who
share equal passions for their tagline, "getting
kids moving and giving them the means to do it!"
Corrales Creative was entrusted with keeping the established NikeGO brand intact,
but at the same time conveying the uniqueness of the Special Olympics Oregon
brand. Working closely with the Special Olympics marketing team,
Corrales was responsible for the major art direction and website backend work
for this microsite, which featured user-friendly pop-up signup windows. The goal
was to get volunteers and participants to sign up for the event, which turned
out to be a great success — all
volunteer positions were quickly filled less than two weeks after the site
launch. Needless to say, the client was quite pleased!
